Additional criteria include:

This quarter is the commencement of our "Temp of the Quarter" awards and our first winner for quarter 3, 2011 is Sarah Nwuka.
Sarah completed three assignments this quarter with exceptional feedback from all of her Managers. She took most assignments on very short notice and was open to travelling fair distances which she was never late too.
