Based in Sydney's South West, with on-site parking, we are looking for a confident, friendly and articulate Customer Service professional to join this vibrant team.

The duties of this integral role shall be:-

• A technical focus, you shall have a mechanical apptitude to be able to interpret customer needs
• Resolving issues over the phone for end users
• Sales order entry
• Inbound/Outbound calls
• Ensuring that quotes prepared are accurate as per sales representatives discounts
• Report writing
• Product proficient

To be successful in attaining this role you shall have:-

• A technical Customer Service background from an industrial/manufacturing background
• Excellent communication skills and have a high attention to detail
• Be confident, proactive and energetic with a drive to make a difference
• A professional demeanour as well as an ability to empathise with customer issues
• A can do approach
