Instantly recognised market leader located on the outskirts of Regents Park is in urgent need of an experienced, committed and technically minded Technical Customer Service Representative to join a team due to internal movement.
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for actioning inbound calls in relation to technical queries, warranties, service and parts, updating the database with customer details, processing warranty claims, liaising with internal departments to determine stock availability, reporting and other adhoc tasks as needed.
To be considered for this opportunity you MUST display a solid and stable background within a similar Customer Service role, be technically minded, have the ability to work to deadlines and multi-task, be able to communicate effectively with various external and internal stakeholders and have the ability to pick up products quickly. Knowledge of the SAP system is preferred.
