Our client, a successful and growing organisation based in Western Sydney, is currently looking for a resourceful Product / Marketing Manager to lead them forward in their quest for market dominance. This is a strategically driven role which involves providing professional and effective sales & product support to Management. Responsibilities of the position encompass the following: - Liaising with the factory Product Managers, regional centres and our customers on sales and product issues.
- Identifying sales potential and working with Key Customer Managers to achieve the desired results.
- Gaining up to date knowledge and information on equipment and competitors.
- Assist in the training requirements of the sales team and quotation preparation.
- Preparing a Marketing Plan, Drive sales and Develop Marketing Budgets
Applicants for this position will ideally have:
- Mechanical, Construction or Engineering knowledge.
- Marketing Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and focus on technology products
- Professional presentation.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High level of personal drive.
- Innovation and creativity in problem solving and analysis.
- Experience in relationship building and team leadership.
