About the Role:
• Coordinate international orders from entry through to shipment and documentation
• Liaise with freight forwarders to secure competitive airfreight and seafreight rates
• Manage intercompany stock levels, shipments, and related reporting
• Prepare accurate export and customs documentation, invoices, and credit notes
• Stay informed of international import/export regulations and compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal Sales, QA, and Warehouse teams
About You:
• Fluent in Spanish (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an export or freight coordination role
• Strong knowledge of airfreight processes (seafreight advantageous)
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator and proactive team player
• Intermediate - advanced Excel skills; SAP experience beneficial
• Must have full Australian working rights
