We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation within the automotive services sector that is seeking a highly organised Account Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, detail-focused environment and plays an important role in ensuring account administration and internal processes run smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the office, offering the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive team.
About the Role -
Account Support
• Maintaining accurate client account records and ensuring information is kept up to date
• Providing day-to-day administrative support across client accounts
• Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
Data Entry & Reporting
• Entering, updating and verifying dealer information and call reports
• Conducting routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generating reports, summaries and account updates when required
Documentation & Processing
• Preparing documentation including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, quotations and onboarding forms
• Reviewing and processing customer paperwork in line with internal processes
• Maintaining organised digital records and documentation
Auction Preparation
• Preparing documentation including vehicle details, inspection reports and supporting imagery
• Ensuring records are accurately maintained and accessible
Customer Communication
• Responding to enquiries via phone and email
• Providing updates regarding account status and processes
• Escalating complex matters to the relevant internal teams when required
Coordination
• Coordinating meetings, calls and follow-ups between internal stakeholders
• Supporting scheduling and administrative coordination for account teams
• Assisting with onboarding activities and key deadlines
