I’m partnering with a well‑established national business in Clayton looking for a customer‑focused Administrator to support a busy Accounts Receivable team while providing relief reception cover.
 
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, loves people, and is keen to build exposure within accounts and credit.

  What you’ll be doing
  • Managing the AR inbox and responding to queries
  • Maintaining registers including Veda Alerts and ATO Default Register
  • Assisting with account openings/closures and COD collections
  • Supporting monthly invoicing and ad‑hoc billing
  • Scanning and maintaining records
  • Providing relief reception cover (calls, visitors, front desk)
  What you bring
  • Experience in reception and/or administration
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • A proactive, positive attitude
  • Exposure to accounts/credit admin (highly regarded)
