The Role

  • Process sales orders and coordinate order fulfilment from receipt through to dispatch.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and freight providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Raise purchase orders, monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate customer, supplier and financial records, along with relevant reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of bookkeeping knowledge, strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to getting things done
  • A Certificate III in Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting or another recognised bookkeeping/accounting qualification (preferred)
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar bookkeeping, accounts administration or finance support role.
  • Practical experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations.
  • A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence managing customer enquiries and building positive working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Good systems skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
  • A hands-on, organised approach with the initiative to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
  • Experience with a recognised ERP system, ideally D365 would be advantageous.
What's on Offer?
  • Join an established international organisation with a strong reputation in its field.
  • A varied position combining bookkeeping, accounts and customer service.
  • Work closely with and receive support from an experienced Finance Manager.
  • A stable environment where you can take ownership of your responsibilities and make a genuine contribution.
  • The opportunity to develop your skills across finance and business operations.
  • Flexibility with start and finish times - work the full-time hours that work for you
If you're a qualified bookkeeper who enjoys variety, building customer relationships and being involved in the day-to-day running of a business, we'd love to hear from you.
