One of Australia's leading manufacturers in the building and infrastructure industry is currently seeking a reliable and passionate Accounts Officer to join their small, high-performing finance team. Reporting to a supportive Accounts Manager, you will be supporting both the Accounts Payable & Receivable functions. 

What you'll be doing:
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Process daily banking and receipting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage daily transactions, including allocations.
  • Reconcile invoices and delivery dockets to ensure accuracy
  • Accounts Payable
  • Process supplier invoices directly to the GL
  • Process PO matching supplier invoices
  • Create Payment runs ready for checking
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

Your Skills:
  • Experience in a similar role with experience and understanding in both Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Capable of working autonomously and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail in processing data
  • Good communication skill - written and verbal
  • Demonstrated Excel skill set
  • Self starter with a strong team focus
