Reporting to a supportive and hands-on Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Process supplier invoices daily
- Process invoices to Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipts (GR).
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare weekly, urgent, mid-month and end-of-month payment runs for review.
- Save invoices for approval
- Assist with preparing overseas supplier payments and related documentation.
- Maintain organised filing systems and audit documentation
- Process daily banking and customer receipts accurately.
- Allocate customer payments against invoices.
Your Skills:
- Experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Accounts Payable and exposure to Accounts Receivable
- Capable of working autonomously and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail in processing data
- Good communication skills a must
- Self starter with a strong team focus
