Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and paying invoices into Microsoft D365
- Payment of suppliers through banking portals
- Processing and paying overhead invoices
- Completing credit applications where required
- Maintaining internal expense credit cards
- Regular filing of invoices processed and paid
- Corporate credit card reconciliations
- Reconciliation/invoicing monthly clearing accounts.
- Sound skills in Accounts Payable processing and Reconciliations
- A proactive and organised approach
- Ability to work in a small and close-knit team

- Available with limited notice and happy to commit to a 10 month maternity leave contract
