An exciting opportunity has become available within this instantly recognisable industry leader based in the outer Eastern Suburbs. This role is ideal for someone who has previous office-based experience, loves variety, and enjoys being part of a busy team.

Reporting to the Manager, this role is primarily responsible for business's outlet site – cash and employee sales. The duties include:

• Process customer Credit card payments daily.
• Follow up all overdue accounts to ensure actioned.
• Accurately allocate & process cheques, cash and EFT’s received.
• Respond to account queries
• Investigate and respond to customer queries
• Liaise with internal staff.
• Manage the site petty cash.
• General administration

This role is a true mix of accounts and administration. Your previous general office experience, combined with your passion for customer service and ability to multi task is ideal for this role. Bring your sense of humour and you will fit in perfectly.

Close to home in Ferntree Gully, 6 month fixed term contract, $65,000 + super + staff discounts, on site car parking and a long-standing national business.
