A great opportunity to join a market-leading and established organisation that is now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer seeking their next challenge.

This is an Account Management / Customer focused Accounts Receivable role, with a true focus on promoting customer satisfaction. You will be part of a small, supportive and effective team where you will have the responsibility of managing your own portfolio of clients. 

Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own portfolio of clients 
  • Strong customer service / account management focus
  • Call clients for collections purposes
  • Managing claims and credits
  • Follow up claim queries and chase supplier for credit note purposes
  • Data entry
  • Stakeholder management and negotiating payment plans where required
  • Monthly account reconciliations – end of month process
You will have:
  • Proven track record working within a similar based Credit role with a focus on customer service, claims, and stakeholder management or someone who has a customer service background keen to progress into a finance based role within Accounts Receivable
  • Strong Customer Service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound technical skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders is a must
