Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities?
We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator to join a growing health and operations-focused organisation in a full-time temporary position based onsite in Melbourne CBD. This role is available for an immediate start and will suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, and confident, supporting multiple teams and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordinator or administrator looking for a varied role with strong team support and meaningful project work.

About the Role

Working closely with operational and project teams, you will provide administrative and coordination support across key business functions. Initially, the role will focus heavily on supporting a large-scale national project through to August 2026, with the opportunity to assist across other operational areas of the business.
This is a hands-on coordination role requiring exceptional organisation, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities
  • Support event and activation logistics across multiple locations
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Manage schedules, bookings, travel coordination, and rostering support
  • Track project activity, costs, and reporting updates
  • Assist with inventory, consumables, and equipment coordination
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and communications
  • Provide general administration support across multiple business areas
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in a busy administration or coordination role
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
