The Role
 
An exciting opportunity is available for a capable Administration Assistant to work within a successful Marketing team. This will suit someone who enjoys variety and thrives on keeping projects organised with a continuous improvement attitude, with a willingness to learn, refine processes, and contribute positively to the team. Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Maintain and organise files on the Marketing shared drive
  • Support the setup and send of EDM campaigns
  • Assist with website content / data uploads and basic Canva design work (training provided)
  • Coordinate marketing displays and product samples for the sales team
  • Order brochures and promotional merchandise; maintain stock control and reorder levels
  • Assist with compiling and producing price lists (coordination, formatting, version control)
  • Coordinate presentation materials and collateral for the sales team
  • Complete other marketing / admin tasks as directed by management
 
 
The Person
 
We’re looking for someone with solid computer skills (intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint), with Canva advantageous but not essential (training provided). You’ll need to communicate confidently and professionally with a broad range of stakeholders, from customers through to senior leadership, and bring an outgoing, positive approach to the role.
 
The ideal person will demonstrate sound verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving capability, and a high attention to detail. You’ll be flexible, able to multitask, and comfortable taking initiative working independently, staying goal-oriented, and focusing on practical solutions to deadlines.
