What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist with month-end reporting
  • Prepare journals, accruals and prepayments
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of financial reports
  • Assist with variance analysis and commentary
  • Support payroll processing and reconciliations
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Support cash flow forecasting
  • Assist with FX reporting and processing
  • Maintain the fixed asset register
  • Support audit preparation
  • Provide back-up support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Contribute ideas around process improvement, automation and efficiencies
About You
  • Previous experience in a well-rounded Assistant Accountant position
  • Degree qualified, with CA or CPA studies commenced or an intention to commence
  • Confident, professional and proactive in your approach
  • Strong interest in technology, AI and how they can enhance finance processes
  • Naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while building strong relationships across the business
