We are partnering with a highly regarded global organisation to recruit a Business Case Analyst for an initial 5-month contract, based in Melbourne’s Southeast. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing a robust business case focused on the possible transition of a specialised call centre operation from offshore to onshore.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate, analyse and interpret operational data to support a detailed business case
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to gather critical insights
• Prepare high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations for executive-level decision making
• Contribute to risk identification, cost comparisons, service quality evaluation, and resource planning
• Ensure key milestones and timelines are met, while supporting overall project coordination

• Proven experience in project support, data analysis, and business case development
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail, highly organised and the ability to synthesise insights from varied sources
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
• Experience in contact centre operations highly desirable
• Previous involvement in onshore/offshore project work is highly regarded
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
