ABOUT THE ROLE

DUTIES
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long?term partnership growth.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching markets, understanding client needs, and aligning solutions with strategic goals.
• Manage the full business development pipeline, from initial outreach through negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, consistent communication, and a high?quality client experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners to support long?term, repeat business.
• Proven ability to identify new trade lanes, evaluate market demand, and secure opportunities across air, sea, and road freight.
• Strong background in preparing and presenting tailored freight solutions, including pricing, routing options, and service capabilities. 
• Demonstrated success managing end?to?end sales cycles within freight forwarding, from lead generation and tender responses to contract negotiation and onboarding.
