We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Car Fleet Coordinator to manage used car fleet operations. This part-time role offers flexibility, allowing you to work reduced hours across 5 days. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry, this opportunity is perfect for you.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management:  Oversee the day-to-day administration of traffic and toll fines incurred by users of our vehicle fleet. Ensure timely and professional handling of all fines, minimizing exposure to additional costs by meeting all requirements set by issuing authorities. Accurately identify offending drivers and transfer financial and legal responsibility accordingly.
  • Administrative Support:  Assist with the management of loan fleet, which includes approximately 600 vehicles across Australia and 150 active loans at any time. Support the Fleet Team with administrative tasks such as vehicle allocation, returns, and transportation.
  • Record Maintenance:  Verify and maintain accurate records of all fleet transactions, both online and manual, ensuring current and precise fleet status.
  • Stakeholder Communication:  Liaise with external stakeholders including dealers and government departments to manage infringement notices, loan vehicle bookings, and vehicle logistics. Ensure clear and effective communication to support fleet operations.
 
Ideally, You Will Have:
  • VCE or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in a relevant business area preferred.
  • Previous experience in fleet management or a related administrative role. Leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SAP, with a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of the motor vehicle industry is desirable.
  • A professional, enthusiastic individual who is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
