ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Caravan Repair Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in repairing, servicing, and preparing caravans to the highest standard. Working closely with the Warranty and Service team, you’ll diagnose faults, complete repairs efficiently, fit accessories, and help enhance build quality with a variety of specialties. This role suits a skilled technician who specialises in a variety of trades, values teamwork, precision, and continuous improvement.
DUTIES
• Diagnose, repair, and service caravans to a high standard within set timeframes
• Document repair work, materials used, and upload photos before, during, and after each job
• Fit aftermarket accessories, assist with pre-deliveries, and complete handover checklists
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools, and safety compliance while supporting process improvements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in caravan repairs
• Strong mechanical, plumbing and electrical aptitude with confident use of hand and power tools
• Excellent time management and communication skills with attention to detail
• Forklift license and trade qualification desirable
