ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Commercial team, the senior Client Services Officer will handle a portfolio of accounts. Working in a small, nationally focused organisation requires a team-oriented employee with experience in all aspects of the forwarding process. Previous experience in Customer Service or Operations within Freight Forwarding is imperative along with experience managing key accounts.

DUTIES
• Liaise with various overseas agents to ensure all quoting, bookings and shipments are managed per SOP's
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the execution of shipments
• The first point of call for escalation and relationship development with your portfolio
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to deliver cargo status updates and reporting

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years' experience in a forwarding Customer Service or Senior Operations role
• Sound understanding of quoting, managing P/O's and report management
• Ability to manage clients through written and verbal means
• Strong computer literacy (Expedient, Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
