An exciting opportunity exists for a confident, self-driven Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded commercial real estate business based in Caulfield

Working within a close-knit and supportive team, you will manage a substantial commercial portfolio while collaborating with experienced professionals across leasing, property management, and support functions. This role offers strong long-term career potential within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150–180 commercial/industrial properties, ensuring high levels of service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
  • Negotiating lease renewals and new lease agreements
  • Conducting rent reviews and managing lease compliance
  • Monitoring and managing arrears
  • Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repairs
About You
  • Minimum 3+ years’ property management experience (with at least 2 years in commercial)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Ideally located within 30 minutes of Caulfield
