Working within a close-knit and supportive team, you will manage a substantial commercial portfolio while collaborating with experienced professionals across leasing, property management, and support functions. The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150–180 commercial/industrial properties, ensuring high levels of service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
- Negotiating lease renewals and new lease agreements
- Conducting rent reviews and managing lease compliance
- Monitoring and managing arrears
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Minimum 3+ years’ property management experience (with at least 2 years in commercial)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Ideally located within 30 minutes of Caulfield
- Salary circa $100K - $110K + super (flexible based on experience)
