  • Manage YouTube content and optimise the user experience.
  • Monitor and optimise paid media campaigns to maximise performance against KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign performance, competitor activity and key media metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Make data-driven recommendations around targeting, bidding, budgets and campaign performance.
  • Support the implementation of tracking infrastructure, including tracking codes and onsite pixels.
  • Identify opportunities across owned and earned media, including influencer partnerships and user-generated content.
  • Support marketing activations, promotions, giveaways, product launches and sponsorships.
  • Create and localise engaging content and copy using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Express, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Monitor social channels, manage community engagement and escalate issues where required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, media agencies and creative partners to deliver campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing content and activity complies with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
About You

You will be a motivated and commercially focused marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital media and a genuine interest in creating engaging consumer experiences.

To be successful, you will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years' experience in a marketing role with similar responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in media performance implementation, reporting and optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and a consumer-first mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for engaging content.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with relevant design/content tools.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A proactive approach with the drive to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with agencies and internal stakeholders.
Experience within consumer goods, FMCG or home appliances will be highly regarded.
