We are seeking a professional and friendly Part-Time Receptionist
to join the team at a well-established global organisation. This varied role combines front desk reception duties with administrative support to the Fleet team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a dynamic corporate environment, and are confident using Excel, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Reception
- Greet all visitors with a warm, professional manner
- Answer and transfer incoming calls
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor access
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks
Fleet Support
- Provide administrative support to the Fleet team, including data entry, reporting, and coordination of vehicle-related tasks
- Assist with the management of loan vehicles and basic fleet documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders as needed
About You:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role
- Confident and polished communication style
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work 25 hours per week, ideally spread across Monday to Friday
- Comfortable working onsite in a corporate head office setting
