There is a requirement for a Credit Controller to join their finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller. Our client is seeking a relationship-focused Credit Controller who will proactively work with clients to find the best outcome for both sides. Some clients include household brand names known across the country.

ABOUT THE ROLE
There is a requirement for a Credit Controller to join their finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller. DUTIES
- Proactively manage relationships with vendors
- Preparing reports, both weekly and monthly
- Allocating payments
- Processing receipts and generating invoices
- Releasing orders
- Phone-based customer service
- 5 years of Credit Controller experience, preferably in a blue-collar industry
- Exposure to ERP platforms and strong Excel skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management experience is highly sought after
- A focus on attention to detail and time management skills
- Work independently, and a willingness to help out other departments in quiet periods
