This exciting and inspirational national organisation has had one of its long-standing and valuable employees move on for personal reasons. They are now seeking an experienced Credit Officer to join their finance team on a part-time, job share basis.
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, you will be responsible for;
You’ll be a confident and articulate communicator, able to negotiate and influence while maintaining positive relationships. You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar high-volume credit or collections role, a knack for problem-solving, and the resilience to manage competing priorities.

Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, you will be responsible for;
- Credit Collections on a national basis, approximately 700 active accounts
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Checking accounts for any errors
- Monitor and manage payment arrangements
- Dealing with internal stakeholders to assist with the resolution of queries and issues.
- Ensuring adherence to customers' spending with their credit limits and working with sales staff to ensure they are aware of limits
You’ll be a confident and articulate communicator, able to negotiate and influence while maintaining positive relationships. You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar high-volume credit or collections role, a knack for problem-solving, and the resilience to manage competing priorities.

- Strong customer service skills and phone manner

- Solid computer skills and attention to detail
- Flexible start and finish times (8:30am – 4:30pm or 9 am – 5pm)
- Part-time and Hybrid work: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (1 day from home)
