An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join a well-established, market-leading organisation on a 12-month contract, commencing in September.
Working 3–4 days per week (with a preference for four days), you will play a key role in delivering a major CRM implementation project while supporting ongoing customer engagement initiatives across a portfolio of recognised brands.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with 3–5 years' experience using HubSpot, who enjoys building CRM solutions from the ground up and thrives on creating seamless customer journeys through automation and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of HubSpot CRM for a new brand.
  • Build and maintain CRM properties, contact segmentation and database structure.
  • Design and develop branded email templates and automated customer journeys.
  • Create and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance, build dashboards and provide meaningful reporting and insights.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure CRM initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Utilise JIRA to manage CRM and digital project tasks, including working with global teams on app-related updates.
  • Develop documentation and provide training to support future CRM capability within the business.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Approximately 3–5 years' hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience setting up and managing HubSpot CRM environments.
  • Strong email marketing and marketing automation experience.
  • Proven experience creating customer journeys, workflows, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience developing branded email templates within HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar project management platforms will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
