The Role

Are you passionate about customer engagement, retention and creating smart campaigns that drive real business results?
We are partnering with a leading premium automotive brand to recruit a dynamic Customer Retention Specialist to join their high-performing Aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded relationship-builder who thrives on ideas, strategy, customer experience and sales growth.
In this role, you’ll help shape customer loyalty initiatives, create targeted retention campaigns and work closely with dealerships to improve customer engagement, workshop conversion and long-term brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative customer retention and loyalty initiatives
  • Drive Aftersales growth through targeted campaigns and customer engagement strategies
  • Re-engage inactive customers through service offers and marketing activity
  • Analyse customer and dealer performance data to identify opportunities and trends
  • Support workshop conversion and lead generation initiatives
  • Collaborate with Aftersales, Marketing, Corporate and Dealer Network teams
  • Present insights, recommendations and retention strategies to stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across the dealer network to improve customer outcomes
  • Contribute ideas and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer journey
About You
  • Experience in customer retention, loyalty, sales, marketing or Aftersales
  • Automotive industry experience highly regarded
  • Energetic, proactive and ideas-driven approach
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for customer experience
  • Confident analysing performance data and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive engagement across multiple teams
  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred
