The Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries
• Tracking deliveries and assistance with logistics
• Trouble-shooting product issues and processing warranty claims
• Action credit requests and ensure prompt, accurate resolutions
• Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and freight claims
• Collaborate with the warehouse and finance teams to finalise credit and stock return processes

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills and bright, confident manner
• Order processing Customer Service experience
• Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Eagerness to lean and keen to work
• Strong problem solving skills and high initiative
• Tech-savvy with experience using business systems (Zendesk, Shopify)
