ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing relationships with their valued clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery from booking through to invoicing. The position focuses on coordinating shipments, keeping clients informed throughout each stage, and ensuring smooth operations with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous experience in a similar Customer Service position in International Freight Forwarding is imperative.

DUTIES
• Oversee freight movements from booking to invoicing, ensuring shipments are completed accurately and on schedule
• Prepare customer quotes and maintain pricing margins in line with company standards
• Set up new clients, manage orders, and ensure smooth onboarding for accounts
• Keep customers informed with regular updates and respond quickly to any issues
• Work with carriers and internal teams to ensure bookings, data, and billings are accurate and on time

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a freight forwarding Customer Service position in Australia
• Ability to manage shipments from PO to landing in AU
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in written text
• Professional appearance and approach to all aspects of the workplace
• Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external relationships
• Strong exposure to CW1
