The Role
Due to an increase in volume, we are seeking a temporary Customer Service officer to support the existing team.
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- End to end customer service, including order processing and database management
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Provide customers with specific pricing information
- Coordinate shipping documentation
- Preparation of sales and stock reports
- Excellent communication skills and bright, confident manner
- Order processing Customer Service experience
- Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Eagerness to lean and keen to work
- Strong problem solving skills and high initiative
- Quick turnaround time with a weekly pay cycle
- Bring income in whilst looking for your forever role
- Temp assignments have the potential to open doors within the organisation you are temping at
- Whilst in assignment, we actively look for other opportunities for you that may be of interest
- We work closely with our temps to build strong on-going relationships
