Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thriving in a collaborative team environment? A leading organisation in the premium consumer goods sector is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team. We are ideally looking for someone to start ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer support via both phone and email
• Efficiently manage a high volume of complex customer orders using an ERP system
• Monitor order progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise order fulfilment processes
• Assist with warranty and after-sales support

About You:
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a must, even better if this is within a B2B environment 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
