We’re working with a highly regarded business in the Melbourne CBD that’s looking for a friendly, capable, and solutions-focused Customer Service Officer to join their small and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) in a modern and spacious office, just a short walk from public transport – no long commute or tricky connections needed!

About the Role:
You'll be joining a tight-knit team of three in customer service, where collaboration and teamwork are key. Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Updating customer records & processing invoices
• Resolving customer issues and following up where needed
• Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks
• Using SAP Business One and Microsoft Office Suite daily (training provided if needed)

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in a customer service role in an office-based environment
• Natural problem solvers and enjoy helping people
• Confident communicators – both written and verbal
• Can pick up new systems quickly
• Have full working rights in Australia
