Key responsibilities:
• Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing orders and updating customer information accurately
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records within internal systems
• Supporting the broader team with general administrative tasks
About You:
• Friendly, approachable and confident on the phone
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous customer service experience is advantageous, however not essential. If you bring the right mindset and a willingness to grow, full training will be provided.
