Customer Service Officer

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join a supportive and collaborative team.

In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. If you enjoy problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and internal teams by managing orders, responding to enquiries, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer sales orders accurately using SAP
  • Provide customers with updates regarding stock availability, pricing, delivery delays, and estimated arrival times
  • Follow up with customers before and after service delivery
  • Respond to product, order, and delivery enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage repair and credit enquiries from existing customers
  • Generate daily sales order reports and other reports as required
  • Liaise with freight providers to coordinate deliveries
  • Monitor and check stock availability to support customer requirements
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a product-based environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
  • Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office (highly regarded)
