Are you a skilled Customer Service professional with SAP experience looking for your next opportunity? We’re recruiting for a 3‑month temporary Customer Service Officer with potential extension, based in Moorabbin working within the manufacturing and industrial products sector.
You’ll work full‑time with a small, close‑knit team of 3, delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

About the Role
In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing end‑to‑end customer service and key account support
  • Handling customer enquiries and issue resolution via phone, email, and online systems
  • Processing orders, changes, pricing, and credits within SAP
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems
  • Supporting sales and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery
  • Collaborating with internal and offshore service teams to enhance customer experience
This role plays a vital part in supporting the flow of orders and communications within a business that supports packaging solutions across food, beverage, household, and industrial markets. Where quality, accuracy and responsiveness are essential.

What You’ll Bring

  • Mandatory SAP experience in a customer service or sales support environment
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and fast‑paced environment
  • Customer‑centric attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities
Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or packaging industries is advantageous but not essential.
