About the Role

About the Role
This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing a high volume of inbound enquiries while providing outstanding service and administrative support.
Working as part of a collaborative customer service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls and enquiries.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Providing product and delivery information.
- Liaising with internal departments including production, warehouse and dispatch.
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate customer records within the company system.
- Supporting the wider team with general administration as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a call centre or high-volume customer service environment.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
- Manufacturing or distribution experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
