About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the key point of contact for both direct customers and trade clients. You’ll manage enquiries across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

You’ll also work closely with internal teams and support ongoing customer relationships, playing an important role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Manage customer orders, deliveries, returns, and product enquiries end-to-end
  • Support trade customers with orders and account enquiries
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case management
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
  • Provide occasional showroom support, including customer collections and enquiries
About You
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Experience in eCommerce, furniture, or homewares (desirable, not essential)
