ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing relationships with their valued clients. Previous experience in a similar role in International Freight Forwarding is imperative. Working closely with your clients and internal departments to ensure exceptional service and the smooth execution of freight movements will be the measure.

DUTIES
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts
• Facilitating and overseeing shipments end to end
• Providing solutions, support and timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders
• Identify areas for process improvement and work closely with all invested parties
• Ongoing training and upskilling as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in Freight Forwarding
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and approach to all aspects of the workplace
• Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external relationships
• Experience using CW1 a must
