The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide guidance and technical support to end-users, aftermarket installers and trades staff across a wide range of products

Responsibilities of the role will include:
• Answer inbound support calls from customers
• Gathering information to identifying the correct product and issue
• Creating a service desk ticket on behalf of the customer
• Determine the best course of action to assist the customer
• Provide fast tracked resolution and technical support to customers

Skills and Experience

• Experience with inbound calls or customer facing enquiries
• Friendly phone manner and exceptional presentation
• Experience with office software, CRM, and ticketing systems essential
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshot products.
• Electronics retail experience highly regarded
