ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customs Broker (3-month contract position) role is responsible for lodging jobs with a national focus. The ideal candidate must be a fully Licensed Broker with current and valid accreditation and exposure. The role will focus on all aspects of the customs clearance process

DUTIES
• Process and lodge a high volume of files
• Ability to be hands on with compiling and classification
• Identify ACS, AQIS and ATO duties and tax initiatives to benefit the customs
• Resolve specific and technical queries for both clients and fellow brokers

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Current Licensed Customs Broker with NCCC and AEPCOMM approved arrangement accreditation
• Demonstrated commercial experience in compliance and project initiatives
• Exposure to internal re-structures an advantage
• Ability to assist the project and sales team with tenders and new business opportunities
