ABOUT THE ROLE
Work closely within an experienced Customs team with a dedicated portfolio of accounts. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the National Customs Manager, this is your opportunity to grow within a modern, paperless environment, supported by a collaborative and experienced customs team. With strong back-office support from a centralised shared services team, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of clients while receiving the mentorship and guidance needed to progress your career as a licensed Customs Broker.
DUTIES
• Accurately compile/classify & value import and export products
• Accurately update systems databases with appropriate information
• Ensure shipments are cleared within specified timeframes
• Liaise professionally with customers, internal and external
• Build strong relationships external stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience working in an existing compile/classifying role
• Ideally you will have finished or currently be completing the Diploma of Customs Broking
• Excellent communication and presentation
• A business focused mind and the drive to succeed
