What You'll Be Doing
- Optimising Dayforce across HR, Workforce Management and Payroll
- Streamlining processes and eliminating inefficiencies
- Reviewing and improving procedures and workflows
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Providing expert advice and recommendations
- Supporting system enhancements, adoption and best practice
You'll have:
- Strong Dayforce implementation and optimisation experience
- Exposure across HR, Workforce Management and Payroll
- A background in process improvement and transformation projects
- The ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset
- High-profile transformation project
- 6-9 month fixed-term contract
