An exciting opportunity is available to join the Sales and Marketing team of a leading automotive financial services organisation in a junior administrative role supporting dealer onboarding activities on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with full leave entitlements.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with systems, data, processes and administration, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role
As the Dealer Onboarding Administrator, you will support the onboarding of dealership partners by conducting verification checks, maintaining onboarding records, updating systems and coordinating with internal stakeholders to help ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process.
You will work closely across Sales, Marketing, Compliance and Operations teams while managing data, documentation and onboarding trackers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support dealer onboarding activities in line with internal procedures
  • Conduct dealer verification checks, including online and desktop research
  • Collect, validate and reconcile dealer information from multiple sources
  • Accurately update onboarding systems, records and documentation
  • Maintain Excel-based onboarding trackers and progress reports
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist with onboarding timeframes
  • Follow up outstanding information and documentation as required
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance and confidentiality across all onboarding activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team
About You
  • Approximately 2+ years’ administration, coordination or data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with systems, documentation and spreadsheets
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Exposure to financial services or automotive environments will be highly regarded
