About the Role
 
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role with three core areas of responsibility: Event Coordination, Department Coordination, and Executive Support. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our high-impact events while also supporting day-to-day departmental operations and providing direct support to senior leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate planning and implementation of major activities and events
  • Assist in developing strategy, direction and budget planning for all events
  • Coordinate administration, technical and other support staff for events
  • Manage collateral & material for all events and requirements
  • Organise de-brief meetings for key events with internal & external stakeholders
  • Create all travel bookings and ensure travel policy is adhered to
  • Coordinate and manage meetings including minuting discussion points and action items
  • Raise purchase requisitions, internal orders and miscellaneous invoice requests
  • Provide high level executive support to the General Manager as required
  • Develop and coordinate team activities to enhance collaboration and productivity
 
Requirements
 
To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience in event coordination, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering impactful experiences. You’ll also have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
