ABOUT THE ROLE
With growth, an opportunity has become available to join their team in an Cartage role. Based in Tullamarine and reporting to the Department Supervisor and/or Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in cartage operations while developing valuable skills within the business.

DUTIES
- Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with drivers, subcontractors, and customers
- Monitor freight movements to ensure on-time performance and resolve delays proactively
- Provide clear, professional communication via phone and email
- Update transport management systems with accurate job and delivery information
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (experience with CargoWise is a bonus but not essential)
- No prior industry experience required – full training provided
