ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client has several entry-level roles offering exposure across export operations, customer service, and pricing within an international freight forwarding environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing shipments, supporting clients, and contributing to commercial activities.
DUTIES
• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments, including documentation and compliance
• Liaise with shipping lines to manage bookings
• Act as a customer contact, providing updates and handling enquiries
• Prepare export documents such as EDNs and permits
• Support pricing activities by sourcing rates and assisting with freight quotations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A recent degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone manner with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take on feedback
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
