The Role
Play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, in this varied role blending accounts administration, executive support, and operational coordination. You will work closely with management across multiple functions, supporting financial processes, scheduling, travel coordination, documentation, and internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership of their work, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Administration
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Invoice creation, reconciliation, and tracking
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate reports
Executive Assistant Support
  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Travel coordination including flights, accommodation, and logistics
  • Drafting emails and managing correspondence
  • Taking meeting minutes and managing action items
Operations & Business Support
  • Assisting with the creation of procedures and SOPs
  • Documenting and maintaining internal processes
  • CRM administration and data management
  • Coordinating with customers and suppliers
  • Providing general administrative and operational support
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in accounts administration (essential)
  • Experience using accounting software (Xero highly regarded)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot highly regarded)
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant or office administration role preferred
