ABOUT THE ROLE
This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate managing end to end export processes for a portfolio of clients. In joining this small yet dynamic, supportive and hard working team, you will work closely with both your colleagues and clients to ensure a smooth and seamless process. This is a full-time role with a national focus, in a settled team with fantastic support and ongoing growth and development.

DUTIES
• Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients from an end-to-end export operational perspective
• Accurate execution of all export functions, ensuring full compliance
• Ensuring operational excellence and service reliability are met at all times
• Communicating & liaising with Shipping lines/Co-loaders/Service providers & overseas agents 
• Ensure all orders are handled from the order through to delivery at the destination port

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  
• 2+ years minimum experience in a small forwarder environment 
• Previous experience with CW1 or forwarding software an advantage 
• Exposure to working in a team environment 
• Ability to work autonomously     
• Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
