ABOUT THE ROLE
This incredible opportunity will see the successful candidate managing a portfolio of Export Sea clients. With a strong focus on client-facing responsibilities, you will be responsible for every touchpoint, including both FCL and LCL, ensuring a seamless operational transition from end to end.
DUTIES
• Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients from an end-to-end export operational perspective
• Accurate execution of all export SEA functions, ensuring full compliance
• Ensuring operational excellence and service reliability are met at all times
• Communicating & liaising with Shipping lines/Co-loaders/Service providers & overseas agents
• Client visits with the commercial team to build and nurture strong relationships
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in Export Seafreight Operations
• Strong experience in end-to-end operational export processes
• Confident working closely with key clients
• Demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships
